United Kingdom:
My Strategy:
The United Kingdom must build forces in the begining part of the
game. Give Russia
reinforcements whenever possible(remember its a team game). When enough forces are
available, take and hold Western Europe. It is important that the UK keeps Germany
from
building or keeping a large navy(if they don't have a navy, they can't take your capital).
Another focus that the UK should have is holding africa. If Germany takes Africa,
they are
collecting a good deal of extra income, that could be yours.
Strategic Bombing: Its important to
conduct successful strategic bombing raids. Focus
bombing raids on one country at a time. When ever there is a chance, buy a new
bomber
and bomb Germany with as many bombers as possible. Remember a country with no
money cannot produce anything.
What to Buy: Once you have a strong navy
that won't be wiped out by Germany everytime
new naval units are placed, start buying transports. In the beginning buy infantry
and fighters.
buy some armor, but remember you can only fit one armor on a transport.
Other Strategies:
First priority is to kill the German navy, and if the German
didn't build a Trans in the Med sea then
bomb the Battelshib and trans, (if you kill the Tran the German can't reenforce Africa,
sow UK income
stays high.
In my opinion UK should not conduct Strategic Bombing, because: on averge a Bomber will
get shot
down by AA-guns 1/6, sow it gets 5 runs before that, on averge this worth 3.5*5=17,5 ipc
lost for the
German, buy allsow 15 lost for UK == 2,5 ipc gain. not much
UK shoud build one Carrier and a Tran, if any naval unit suvived the German attack then
bring them to
UK sz (except Med unit, they should attack German Med fleet)
